Please welcome my new Business Partner...

Back in November I started a new job with AZ Virtual Academy as a site director for the iLearn center at the YMCA. I also enrolled two of my children in their online school. Although I love this new job very much it is not what I expected. I had hopes of finding more time to work my Heritage Makers business since I am no longer doing child care from my home. Boy was I wrong. I have been so busy and exhausted that I have not found the time to plan events and enjoy getting to know each of my clients the way I want to. I love helping these students of mine and I know I am doing something amazing there. However, my true passion is Heritage Makers and helping YOU find the way to preserve your memories forever. I have big dreams of eventually only working as a Heritage Makers consultant. I feel like the best way for me to accomplish those dreams is to take on a partner in my business that motivates me and inspires me in every way possible. So please join me in welcoming my big sister and new partner, Shanna Vineyard to my team!
Her list of accomplishments are many so please stay with me and read to the end of this post to see how Shanna will be able to help you and how you might win a FREE custom Post-Bound Album!

Shanna has an amazing talent that comes so natural. She is an accomplished traditional paper crafter and scrapbooker. She is currently a design team member for Little Yellow Bicycle and she also designs product for Bo Bunny behind the scenes. She recently completed her 2011-2012 design team term for SpellBinders as well. She can be found listed in multiple years among the top 5 winners of the Paper Crafts Magazine Gallery Idol competition. I have lost count of how many times her scrapbook pages, cards, home decor, and altered art have been featured in magazines like Scrapbook Trends, Paper Crafts, Cards Magazine, Etc.

A little over a year ago Shanna found herself not able to sleep one night and decided to finally get into MY account and check out the HM studio. It didn't take her long to master the studio and get hooked on all the art that HM has to offer. The ease of use and appeal of the product had her thinking about how she could use HM in hybrid type projects. I convinced Shanna that she needed to use her talent for paper crafting to design digital versions of the things she was creating for her paper projects. Shortly after her first digital kit was created... Homespun Halloween.

Since then she has created a couple more kits and has plans to continue digital designing. To date, she has 70 templates accepted in the HM template gallery and consistently wins design contests on the Club HM Facebook page.

For now the plan is that I will continue to teach at home parties and train our new team members. Shanna will follow up and train you how to use the amazing HM Studio. Shanna plans to get on the phones and call each of you to introduce herself and to find out what your HM needs might be. (She is available to create your projects for you! Just send her the pictures.) All of these calls will take some time since we have nearly 600 clients we service. Many of you have also never met me in person so I will probably be making evening phone calls as well. Please be expecting a phone call from one of us in the near future. We look forward to helping you turn your photos into memories that will last for lifetimes. Have a great day and Happy Storybooking!

PS. Stay tuned for a Grand Re-Opening special!!! But while you wait please post a comment and I will enter you into a drawing for that custom free post-bound album.

The projects below can me created as a Canvas or a Framed print. They can even be made into an inexpensive ceramic tile and displayed on an easel.

These following pictures are treat buckets. You can find them at the craft store and fill them with whatever gift you desire.

This project is meant to adhere to a wood block to display on a shelf.

This is an inexpensive candle wrap. Cuteness!

Have you ever thought about giving a card organizer with a greeting card for all the birthdays, babies, or other holidays in your family? This is the perfect project for that!

This weekly dinner menu is made to frame and use with a dry erase marker.

This cute framed print can be made with any picture or quote you wish. Just chose the picture and quote and you are half way done.

How about a personalized clock for home or her office? Grandparents will love this too!
Clocks are priced around $16 at Target or Walmart. This template makes a 13 inch clock. Colors can also be customized to match your mother's home decor.

All projects will be made from your own studio account. You will then place your order before April 7th so it will arrive in time for you to come and make your gifts. Most of these projects use premier artwork which requires a membership. Get your premier membership FREE by joining Club HM today! Ask me for details or click on the Club HM page here in my blog.

Home is where the Heart is...

I’m super excited to share a fun new digital/paper crafting kit with you today!

My amazingly talented, scrappy sister, Shanna Vineyard, has combined her love of hand-drawing and painting mixed with her fondness of bright, happy colors to bring us a kit that is different than anything you’ve ever seen!   In celebration of her relocating back home to Arizona next week, she was inspired to create this kit, “Home Is Where the Heart Is” that includes over 50 different hand-drawn and painted images.  They can be used in your digital projects or can be easily re-sized and printed to cut out and use with your traditional scrapbooking and card making creations.  The possibilities are endless and you will have them to use over and over again as much as you like for as many projects as you wish!  So FUN!!!

Here’s what I made using her kit…..

Visit Shanna’s blog to purchase this kit and see LOTS of other awesome samples that were created specifically to share with you today!    In celebration of this fun, new release she is also doing a huge giveaway valued at over $275.00 with lots of fabulous new scrappy goodies and several ways you can win!  So head on over and check it out!

Thanks for stopping by!
